Here are the answers to some of the questions you may have

A quest is a series of riddles - logical, mathematical, historical and others, tied together in one story that unfolds step by step on your way from the starting point to your final goal. There are two kinds of quests:
  1. when you reach a place, you solve a logic puzzle about it and get the location of the next riddle on your route, or
  2. you get clues that hint at the next point, but you have to work out yourselves where it is, i.e. where to go.
The second kind of quests is usually harder. To get a better idea of the riddles you can expect, please play our free demo.
You can easily bring the children along for some family fun - through the game they will learn more about the city they live in. The quests for children are in a separate genre, and for every quest we say which age it suits. For playing on their own we recommend the players to be over 16.
The game is made for a team of up to six people.
After you choose a quest and pay for it, you will get a personal code. Enter it in the app or in the online version of the game at www.questworld.bg/play and let the fun begin! All you need besides that is comfortable shoes, a bottle of water and good company to share the adventure with.
You can stop the game at any time. When you open the app again, you can continue the quest from where you left off. You can't go back to previous riddles or start over. It may happen that only one of the players has to stop playing. In that case you can go on without them. If the player wants to come back to the game, you only have to meet again and their game will be synced with yours and continue from the furthest point reached.
In most quests you don't. Only in the hardest quests, where you have to guess the next point of your route yourselves, you may need to look up information on the internet if the clues you are given are not enough to find the answer.
No, they don't. It is enough for one person on the team to have a phone with the app so that you can all play together. Whoever doesn't have the app (e.g. on an iPhone) can join the team online at www.questworld.bg/play.

When you pay by bank transfer, you will get a code once the amount reaches our bank account, which usually happens on the next business day. If you haven't received the code within two business days, please contact us for help.
The purchased code is valid for six months after it is sent to you. Once one person has activated it, the other players have to enter the code within three hours. After these three hours the code can no longer be entered by anyone except the players already using it. A code is activated the first time it is used, i.e. when it is entered and the "Apply code" button is pressed.
Yes! We can make a quest to order, available only to you and your friends, or we can make a quest together that is available to all players and you get a share of the revenue whenever someone plays it. Contact us and tell us your idea!
Yes, we can. Contact us and we will send you instructions on how to mark on a map the places you want in the quest, along with a questionnaire for the information we need to create it.
Go to our Facebook page and post your answer. If you are the first with the right solution of the monthly riddle, you get a guaranteed prize. This is always true unless another condition is given when the riddle is published.
We don't have an iOS app yet, but on an iPhone you can play online - right in the browser, without installing anything: www.questworld.bg/play. You sign in with a Google account and enter the same access code as in the app. You can also play the free demo there. Players with the Android app and with iPhone can be on the same team. Augmented reality (AR) objects are not shown in the browser - if nobody on the team has the Android app on a phone with a compass, they are added to the inventory automatically when you enter the range of the riddle. Allow the browser to access your location to see the riddles.
To become a partner of QuestWorld, contact us and we will talk about the options. One of them is to create a quest together; another is to provide prizes for the winners of our monthly riddle. If you are a local business, for example a café or a restaurant, we can include a visit to it in one of our quests, and in return you offer discounts to the players. There are many ways to partner up, and together we can find the one that works best for both sides.
